Prime Suspects is a hardstyle duo from the U.K born from the minds of DJ's and long term friends, Hustler and Hardcheck.
After performing together for many years, the guys started producing music together under their Hustler & Hardcheck alias and a string of hits followed along with numerous number one tracks on both Trackitdown and Hardstyle.com. With the guys fast gaining support and recognition in the scene in 2012 they decided to start a new alias for their new raw act. This saw the birth of the "Prime Suspects". Hard work in the studio began to pay off and in early 2012 they sent a demo to Spoontech Records including the tracks 'Bringin It Loud' and 'Maximum Pain'. The tracks were welcomed by then co-label boss, Delete, who really liked the tracks and the distinctive sound the guys brought. He quickly snapped up the tracks for the label and not so long after Prime Suspects were signed to Spoontech Records - a massive step in their careers!
Their debut release 'Bringin It Loud' E.P stormed the hardstyle charts getting support from the scene's big names. It also gave them their first #1 release on the label, which was a very proud moment for them. 2013 saw Prime Suspects take the act out of the studio and into the clubs with their debut performance at House Of Lords in the UK alongside Neophyte and Destructive Tendencies. It was a set containing 90% of their own tracks and showcased how far they had come musically in such a short space of time. The next big step in their careers was a natural one, and came when they signed for Dutch based booking agency Cardiac Music, which is also the home of respected labels Enzyme and Sys-x Records. This led to the guys making their Dutch debut at House meets Hard in Den Haag.
Their second E.P on Spoontech Records was released in the summer and featured the solo tracks 'Biblical' and 'Low Key', as well as a collab with stablemate and new talent Radiance called 'Reliving'. After sending the tracks to High Voltage they supported both Low Key and Reliving at some of Holland's biggest festivals inc. Hardshore, Dominator and the legendry Defqon 1 Blue Stage, support from some of the scene's biggest names followed inc. Deepack, Delete, Warface and Deetox to name a few.
As we move into 2014 the guys are continuing to work hard in the studio with their third EP on Spoontech Records near completion and due to be unleashed in the spring. They have also taken the big career step of signing to leading UK based booking agency Twisted Artists, with a roster containing some of the leading names in both Hardstyle / Hardcore and Hard Dance this can only be a great move for them as they aim to spread the Prime Suspects sound to Europe and beyond
